I can't believe our good luck. Usually looking for a new vehicle can only be compared at its best as a trip to the dentist for a root canal procedure. Not so with our experience at Ramey Ford Princeton. I don't even know where to start except from the beginning. I called Ramey in Princeton late on September 28th and on September 29th there was our new vehicle setting in our driveway. DELIVERED to us. My initial contact by phone was amazing because I told Kristian Finley what our situation was and what we needed and were looking for in a new vehicle for us. She kept in contact with us all afternoon updating us on her progress in finding something that fit our budget and situation. Then we received a call from LT Schoonover notifying us that he had just the vehicle he felt would fit our needs. BINGO we are now able to travel without a worry about the condition of our vehicle which was a major concern for us as well as mobility for a person in a wheelchair. I can't quit repeating the story to our neighbors, friends and relatives. So thank you Ramey Ford, LT Schoonover and Kristian Finley for a pleasant buying experience with a great team from Ramey Ford Princeton, WV. I want to point out that due to being in a wheelchair I never left my house throughout the process. Everything was done by telephone and the deliveryman Richard on Saturday morning who was very thorough in the process of signing all of the documents needed as well as friendly and super nice. I would recommend Ramey Ford Princeton to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. More
