We came in looking for a vehicle with no intentions of purchasing one that day, but we were immediately greeted with extreme kindness by Mr. Cook. He took us into his office made note of what exactly we were looking for. He gave us a deal of a life time of a 2014 Ford Escape with less than 14,000 miles! He tracked down the car that day, as it had only been traded in 2 days prior to and was not even on the market yet, and allowed us to view it. We fell in love immediately with a great car with great miles at a more than great price. We were taken to Charlie Edwards to talk about financing and he worked dilagently with us to get us the best interest rate possible. He pulled favors and worked to make sure we are comfortable within our payment arrangements. We walked off the lot 2 days later on a Monday with our dream car. We could not be more pleased with the experience Ramey Ford and our team member provided us with. More

Easy to make a deal I have historically disliked attempting to purchase new cars or trucks from a dealer. I always felt pressured to purchase something on the lot or t I have historically disliked attempting to purchase new cars or trucks from a dealer. I always felt pressured to purchase something on the lot or to buy today. This was not my experience in dealing with L.T. Schoonover. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and ultimately helped us to order the truck we really wanted. He was very open on costs and rebates and even found an additional $500 rebate that no other dealer had even mentioned. His promises on delivery were exceeded and once the truck was delivered, we were able to close all the paperwork with John in very short order. Although we live in another state, I would definitely begin my new car/truck experience with the great people at Ramey Ford. More

Billed me for a truck bed liner that I didn't receive.. Held my trade in 3 months while I still made the payments because it was inconvenient for him to get my truck. More

They even delivered my truck to me 5 hours away - that was a huge relief for me! Danny the driver was awesome and i tipped him for his professionalism. The truck appears to be as advertised. I was given only 1 key/fob but promised I would be getting the 2nd key/fob when the original owner returns it. I'm still waiting........ONLY 1 STAR because when you pay $36,000 you expect to get 2 keys!!! I will update when/IF I ever get my 2nd key/fob! More
