By far the worst experience in my entire life, in any aspect. I called the dealership on Monday to confirm a Vehicle was available for sale. I explained I would be bringing cash to purchase. They did and I asked them to confirm against Thursday. They called me Thursday and confirmed and also texted me to confirm. I go there and they say sorry we sold the vehicle. And try to get us to buy a different car for 7 grand more and just finance it. It gets worse from here. The used sales manager blames me for not asking to put money down to hold the vehicle. Which is asinine when they could have just said sorry we sold vehicle and I wouldn’t have purchased tickets Thursday night. So now I’m out near $1700 dollars I flights for my kids and I, plus I have to try and find and pay for flights back. It’s also gets better. They come back and try to negotiate it for 5k more then the other one and instead go from apologies to saying they didn’t do anything wrong and they aren’t in the business to lose money. Even though I just lost money trying to do business with them. I ask for the GM and they send the same guy over and over. This is the most unprofessional operation I’ve ever seen for a company. They care only about making a super high profit and have zero concern about the customer. Stay away from here. More
