By far the worst experience in my entire life, in any aspect. I called the dealership on Monday to confirm a Vehicle was available for sale. I explained I would be bringing cash to purchase. They did and aspect. I called the dealership on Monday to confirm a Vehicle was available for sale. I explained I would be bringing cash to purchase. They did and I asked them to confirm against Thursday. They called me Thursday and confirmed and also texted me to confirm. I go there and they say sorry we sold the vehicle. And try to get us to buy a different car for 7 grand more and just finance it. It gets worse from here. The used sales manager blames me for not asking to put money down to hold the vehicle. Which is asinine when they could have just said sorry we sold vehicle and I wouldn’t have purchased tickets Thursday night. So now I’m out near $1700 dollars I flights for my kids and I, plus I have to try and find and pay for flights back. It’s also gets better. They come back and try to negotiate it for 5k more then the other one and instead go from apologies to saying they didn’t do anything wrong and they aren’t in the business to lose money. Even though I just lost money trying to do business with them. I ask for the GM and they send the same guy over and over. This is the most unprofessional operation I’ve ever seen for a company. They care only about making a super high profit and have zero concern about the customer. Stay away from here. More

Oil change under warranty till 2025 had to pay 111. 00 was there 5 hours sat today monday.key fob not working spent $20.00 for nothing still not working told I need to leave my car 2-3 days never got se 00 was there 5 hours sat today monday.key fob not working spent $20.00 for nothing still not working told I need to leave my car 2-3 days never got second key fob when I purchased car in 2023. Service updated my system due to recall sat Sept 14 wo24 now key fob not working also fixed rear view camera. I had no calls no updates from service coordinator had to question why it took so long today triple a opened my car manually drive it to 157 and ys 1 spent $29.00 for battery which did nothing. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service at this location not even offered water what has happened to the service dept at this location.?????? .the person I was working with last name never texted me never called in sat was Mazze 5 hours. Nothing. Today he replaced my battery and chg me$20.00. plus say and today 3percent for using credit card. Horrible horrible customer service. I still need a extra key but my finance person was too busy to take care of ordering one disgruntled customer. More

La peor experiencia y frustración que haya tenido , el 3 de Agosto a las 10 am ,llevé mi Tucson ( lease) para servicio y mientras esperaba quedé con un vendedor que queria mostrarme algunas opciones para ca de Agosto a las 10 am ,llevé mi Tucson ( lease) para servicio y mientras esperaba quedé con un vendedor que queria mostrarme algunas opciones para cambiar por un nuevo modelo,yo le dije que si me conseguia un contrato con los mismos pagos yo le aceptaba el negocio ,estuve hasta las 5:30 de la tarde, entre oferta y contraoferta el señor, muy amable en todo momento, me dice que me aprovaron y que despues de chequear mi credito todo estaba listo, firmé algunos papeles y cuando fuí a la oficina del financista a firmar el contrato ,el manager biene y me dice que huvo un error y que el contrato no se podía hacer, y yo cansado con ambre y frio despues de mas de 7 horas metido en esas oficinas, lo ùnico que hice es agarrar mi llave e irme, no podia creer lo que me habia pasado, a mi familia yo ya les habia dicho que estaba cambiando el carro, no supe como reaccionar, no sé si esto es legal lo que me hicieron, pero fué una falta de respeto No puedo recomendar a nadie que vaya a este dealer, todavia estoy con la rrabia contenida, muy frustante. I went there twice after purchasing the car, to pick up the fabric car mats that were in the sales contract agreement and still haven’t received it.
