This was not the first Honda dealership I visited on my journey, but this will be my go to location moving forward. Big Q, Q in finance, and the management were amazing! Going into a car dealership is overwhelming and I dread it. I am so thankful Big Q was there and was amazing because I wanted a female salesperson. I just felt more comfortable as a woman buying a car and not just any car the Type R from a woman. That was important to me so thank you for giving me that experience. The dealership was fine, but Chris Irvin was extremely unprofessional (hanging up on me when negotiations aren’t going his way)and a bad communicator about important matters, such as explaining how he is unprofessional (hanging up on me when negotiations aren’t going his way)and a bad communicator about important matters, such as explaining how he is willing to come down on the price and how that changes the deal as in extras on the vehicle and explaining the terms of financing rebate.
