Big Q took amazing care of me and I am so thankful! The Civic Type R is my 1st Honda and I’m in love! Brandon Honda will be my go to for all my future Hondas! This was not the first Honda dealership The Civic Type R is my 1st Honda and I’m in love! Brandon Honda will be my go to for all my future Hondas! This was not the first Honda dealership I visited on my journey, but this will be my go to location moving forward. Big Q, Q in finance, and the management were amazing! Going into a car dealership is overwhelming and I dread it. I am so thankful Big Q was there and was amazing because I wanted a female salesperson. I just felt more comfortable as a woman buying a car and not just any car the Type R from a woman. That was important to me so thank you for giving me that experience. Brandon Honda made this experience way less intimidating and they were honest, to the point, fair with negotiating, and made me want to return. That should be the goal, creating lifelong customers where we want to recommend to our family and friends and where we want to return for all our family’s vehicle needs for life. So thank you very much to the DREAM TEAM for taking great care of me and giving me a fair deal. More

The dealership was fine, but Chris Irvin was extremely unprofessional (hanging up on me when negotiations aren’t going his way)and a bad communicator about important matters, such as explaining how he is unprofessional (hanging up on me when negotiations aren’t going his way)and a bad communicator about important matters, such as explaining how he is willing to come down on the price and how that changes the deal as in extras on the vehicle and explaining the terms of financing rebate. Overall he is very pushy and left a bad taste in my mouth. Deal would not have happened if it wasn’t for Q and Stephanie. More
