We had to keep calling to have them let us know when the part was in when they told us they would call us.l and keep us updated. One time we had an appointment. Took off work to bring the car in, only to t part was in when they told us they would call us.l and keep us updated. One time we had an appointment. Took off work to bring the car in, only to tell us when we got there that part isn't there. We live over an hour away. It took a good 6 months, and that was with us reaching out to them. When we did finally get the car in, all the employees weren't working. They were standing around the snack table talking and eating. Poor customer service and accountability. More

Lacie did an excellent job coordinating service for my Yukon XL. I was in and out in 40 minutes with oil change, tire rotation, and all points check. Excellent, friendly, and professional service. My Wife and I want to recognize a wonderful person in Lacy Pfannenstiel. We recently had our car in the shop. She was so wonderful, easy to talk to, kept us up to date on the repairs, friendly. We have had the pleasure of having Lacey as the person to work with while the car was in the shop. We had several times to fix the car. Lacey kept us updated on the car repair. She was pleasant and friend work with while the car was in the shop. We had several times to fix the car. Lacey kept us updated on the car repair.
