Here is our text about your Service Center below; Joel, I checked with the technician, and the odorant was installed properly. Something the boss asked me has the cabin air filter been changed. Looking back in our history I cannot see any records where we have done that. I was not sure if this is something you do on your own or have done elsewhere. It was part of the recommended services discussed on your last oil change but was not sure if that had been done. It is like the return vent filter on your AC and Heat unit at your house. He would like to offer replacing it for free before crediting back the services, if it has not been done. -- JIMMY STATELER I thought the tech would have checked the cabin filter the first time I took the truck in for the smell. Why was this not checked the second time I brought the truck back to you? I had issues at Cable Dahmer on my truck with their tech's and not doing their jobs.
