I do not like that both of my key fobs quit working and I was charged $345 to replace one of them. The Car is 5 years old and I shouldn't have to replace both of them almost on the exact time at such a hig was charged $345 to replace one of them. When I lodged a complaint, I never heard back from Lacey, that's why I gave her a low review, otherwise she's usually pretty straight forward ad good. More
