My salesperson, Lamar, promptly brought out the vehicle and showed me all the features and offered a test drive. I ended up trading in my 2013 Ford Explorer for the Impala and am very happy with my purchase. The Impala is so fast, comfortable, sporty, and has lots of upgrades! All the employees I interacted with at the dealer were friendly. I paid cash for my car, so the only interaction I had with their finance department was them filling out the purchase agreement and related documents. I would buy from them again in the future. More

He showed me the 2015 Tahoe LTZ which was beauty. He was very thorough with his overview of the options of the vehicle and very knowledgeable. he was not pushy at all which I enjoyed because it made it all worth it in the end. Andy Hinojos was also a great help in making everything workout in the end. What really stood out to me is that Lamar was cleaning my new Tahoe from the outside to make sure I left with a clean vehicle and to top it off, he did a follow up phone call that I did not expect just hours after I left. These are the small things that show that he truly cares about his customers. If any one is in the market to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle, Lamar is the man that will go the extra mile to take care of his customers.
