I've bought a lot of cars in my years driving. I have had a range of experiences too. Yesterday was the best experience I have ever had. From the cold call three days ago by Mathew Gettys, to the hand off to Lamar Mclaughlin (awesome) Salesman and both the extremely professional Sales Mgr, Tim and the outstanding Glenn Keeton, the entire experience was as I say the best experience I have ever had. they took the time to listen to my concerns, and made right a past (not so pleasant)experience which I appreciate very much! Based upon my last experience 2 years ago with Courtesy I had issues. Three hours later after an extremely positive experience from the time I spoke to the receptionsist to the time I walk out the door and got into my new 2013 4 Door Silverado, I was the happiest I have ever been leaving a car lot! I bought my first of four Courtesy Cheverolet vehicles in 1980. I look forward to continuing to bring my business to the folks at Courtesy, they are the best bar none. More

I went in knowing what I wanted and I rarely settle for less than that. They did try to get me to try a new vehichle instead, but it wasnt what I wanted so we looked at like 20 cars before i found the one less than that. I spent a while there looking, keeping Lamar on his toes. He was very patient with me! In the end, once I found the one I wanted everything went rather quickly. I got what I was looking for and more, and the price was great! The deal went pretty smoothly thanks to Lucio and Ernesto, they gave me the deal I asked for with no fight. They were kind and answered all my questions. Martha made the paperwork painless by explaining everything first and then signing everything. Every other time I bought a car, I felt like I was getting my teeth pulled. Everything took forever before, but not this time. Thanks again Courtesy, I will be sharing this with my friends. We knew we would be buying a truck soon, but were not sure if it would be a Ford Escape or a Chevy Colorado. The sales people were available, but not aggressive. We were looking for a used truck, but were told the one they had was not ready to be sold yet. They showed us a new Colorado to help us decide between the Ford and the Chevy. We liked the new Colorado, but it was out of our price range. By this time the used Colorado was ready to be seen. We were allowed to look at the truck as long as we wanted. We were offered to drive the truck, but not rushed. When we were ready to drive the truck, our sales man understood we need to listen to the truck and was considerately quiet until we returned to the lot. We were quoted a price at the beginning of the test drive and that price was honored when we began the purchasing process. We were given a fair trade in value for our older truck. The people in finance were very helpful and tailored everything to our needs. When we had problems locating the title for our old truck Lucy helped us and made it so easy to contact our lender for the needed paperwork. Since then I have been in a couple of times to ask questions and your employees Lamar, Lucy, and Herb still remember my name. Rodger from custom parts even helped us to choose a bed-liner and shell for our truck. This dealership has a small community feel in the middle of Phoenix, AZ. We will continue to service our new purchase at Courtesy Chevrolet. More
