Slow process even though I was paying cash. Sales lady started helping another customer before our process was completed so that slowed it up more. Then the tag system went down. So I had to drive all the way back the next day to get the paperwork and the paper tag for my car. Now it has been over a month and I still haven’t received my title to the car. The accountant, or whoever he was, said it would be two weeks. I had a feeling I wouldn’t see it in two weeks and now look. I am a Nissan Fan and have owned many Nissans. I am disappointed in this dealership. 2nd bad experience here. More
