Honestly you’re more than welcome to reach out out through my contact info in your system but there was AMPLE time to do so while my car was in MULTIPLE times because the service team could not solve a simple tire issue. Cody your service manager actually told me outrightly that his boss and or other managers would NOT be involved. One of your employees also lied about my interaction with Ari and Cody threatened to ban me from the dealership because I “yelled” at Ari….NEVER happened. I actually had to stop the conversation with Ari because he immediately got defensive and I had to tell him I didn’t come in here to be disrespectful or rude. As said before aside from Chris and Brittney I had an absolutely horrible experience and STILL have not received my registration for my car….what is going on????
