We ended up with a really nice vehicle and everyone was very nice. However, there were a few incidents that keeps me at 3 stars. 1. We were shown a car that we really loved, and sensing our hesitance, t very nice. However, there were a few incidents that keeps me at 3 stars. 1. We were shown a car that we really loved, and sensing our hesitance, the salesperson assured us they could get us in that car well within our stated monthly payment range. Once the numbers were run, the payments ended up more than double that range. I don't know if it was intentional, but it felt like a sleazy move. 2. We made an appointment with our sales rep to take delivery of our new car. I had to take time off of work and he ended up 30 minutes late. 3. We were shown two vehicles that we liked at the price we wanted. When we came to take delivery, it was for a third car that we hadn't looked at (same make/model/trim) with thousands of dollars of options that we didn't want. These incidents left a bad taste in our mouth and I feel like all of them were avoidable. More

Nice building/showroom and our salesperson was very nice. The pricing was very shady. Price you see online is NOT the price of the vehicle. We did our homework and knew what our monthly payment would be give The pricing was very shady. Price you see online is NOT the price of the vehicle. We did our homework and knew what our monthly payment would be given the sticker price. When it came time to finalize the deal, the were over $5000 in mandatory extras that we knew nothing about. $3500 Xzilon, $1300 in mudguards and floor mats, and $500 in anti theft precautions. I will never ever buy another vehicle from Russ Darrow kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300, kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300,000 at this dealership, and I, raised my voice just a little bit. And, the GEM Matt kullowski, called the police on me and completely humiliated me in front of everyone. I raised my voice just a little wasn't screaming at him at all until the police came and want to grab me. I didn't threaten him at all and he called the police on me.
