I was surprised when the sales manager told me I had to pay/buy the Code Etch because it was alread on the vehicle. However the General Manager had no problem excluding it to get me to the price I wanted t pay/buy the Code Etch because it was alread on the vehicle. This dealership is very responsive and I had a phenomenal experience. Valencia is the one who helped me out and even her manager was a great help.
