We were lucky enough to get hooked up with Lance after making an online inquiry about a SUV on the website. From the initial phone conversation thru the whole process, Lance was courteous, professional, and helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted. We started with a TrueCar price, but we didn’t get that price. Overall buying experience is great, finance guy sells cosmetic packages which is expensive.
