Amazing service by Lance, he spoke to me on the phone and met me at the door as I walked in with my family. He treated us like royalty!!! Lance was really helpful in helping us choose our Acura RDX. He was cordial in the way he explained things to us, and was not forceful in the way he tried to sell us the car.
