returning customer - despite living < 1 mi away from another Acura dealer, Lance gives personalized service, focused attention. and a deal that cannot be beat - I know; I went to 2 other Acura dealers - another Acura dealer, Lance gives personalized service, focused attention. and a deal that cannot be beat - I know; I went to 2 other Acura dealers - 1st said, we cannot match that deal, and of course the other said we can beat it by $500 after calling me countless times... but only after my Muller purchase here's what you'll notice at Muller's Woodfield Acura; employees work together, communicate with each other - its quiet, peaceful, not a superstore rat race no 'hard sale' e.g. mystery mandatory / 'its on every car' wax packages Lance works hand-in-hand with Myles in finance my lease return had equity, and time left on extended service warranties, etc my sale / next lease was credited to me during the sale vs. waiting for checks Myles had all the paperwork ready to go go ahead, visit the other Acura dealers you'll end up buying a Muller's its worth the drive and your time & $$ More

From start to finish, Lance was excellent to work with during my new RDX purchase. I visited with him three times before moving forward with the purchase and he stayed in communication to make sure my qu during my new RDX purchase. I had done a lot of research prior to starting my new vehicle purchase journey and it was refreshing to be treated very fair and not have any games or hidden fees/charges applied.
