Always dreaded going to any car dealership and playing numbers games while being bounced back and forth between sales and sales manager and finance. Well, I’m happy to say that was not the experience I had today at DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ. It was most refreshing to have such a wonderful shopping (& YES, buying) experience. Lance Devlin, my salesman, was so professional, knowledgeable, patient & personable. I don’t know how he knew every feature of every car, but he did. And NO pressure. NO games. Working with his manager, Dennis Fike & Nick in finance, they ran the numbers and proposed 1/2 dozen options until we found just the perfect plan that fit my budget with a car I’m in love with and completed the sale. This included taking over the remaining payments on my Rogue. It’s a real win-win. I highly recommend Lance, Dennis & Nick. Couldn’t rate them higher if I wanted to. They broke through the ceiling. Between them and DCH Kay Honda they made the car buying experience most enjoyable. More

He was transparent about everything from the things that we wanted to add-on and remove. He even help us saved a lot of money on our car insurance. From honoring the price we got from True Car and not marking up the car, we’re so glad and happy we went to them. Dave also was great, transparent, personable, very helpful, they got us out fairly quick from the dealership. It was overall a great experience and got a great deal on the new CRV. Lance was tremendously helpful throughout the whole process, as I was indecisive about putting a deposit. His confidence and assistance pushed me willingly to leave a deposit, wait for the vehicle and process, as I was indecisive about putting a deposit.
