I had done a lot of research before coming to the dealership so I felt well prepared to negotiate. Lance was very willing to work with me and helped me to choose the exact model and options I wanted. I can't say enough positive words about how Lance took care of me. Furthermore, since buying the car, Lance has been in regular contact to ensure I'm happy, making it clear that he is available to assist with any questions now and into the future. I was also very pleased to work with Senior staff members Herb and Billy. Herb walked me through the financing process in a no-pressure way, so I felt confident I was making the right choices. Billy also treated me with utmost respect, helping me with a few important items that needed to be addressed.
