Before settling on a dealership from which to buy my new 2018 Highlander Limited, I screened five different Toyota dealerships within a 100 mile radius of my home and decided to do business with Palmiero Toyota. They were definitely not the closest dealer, but because of their straightforward approach to pricing, the attentiveness of the salesman and their own dealer incentives they stood out from the rest. As an aside, their new showroom is beautiful! I especially liked the straight forward approach to the vehicle pricings. For the first time ever, I didn’t have to haggle over valuations of my trades or the new vehicle. Lance was VERY knowledgeable about ALL the features of the Toyota vehicles, both new and used and very cheerfully, patiently and thoroughly answered every question I had. I am a details person so believe me when I say I had a LOT of them! There were many opportunities for waffling but Lance never wavered and several times even corrected himself. I was always taken seriously and treated respectfully. This was an overall very positive purchase experience and sets the expectation the service side is equally superior. I am enjoying my new ride and without hesitation will definitely return to this excellent dealer in the future! More
