These folks treated my wife and I with the upmost respect. The staff at Carl Black never hesitated to negotiate the price on any of the vehicles my wife and I looked at. My wife and I dealt with several employee's there, Lance, great dealership manager at Carl Black, this man rolled out the red carpet for us. Chris, awesome finance director for Carl Black, this man bent over backwards for us, a great asset to this dealership along with the other two gentleman my wife and I dealt with, like Jeb and James, these two guys were awesome when it came down to selling the cars, neither one of these salesman never attempted to pressure either of us with the cars, they both offered and suggested for us to test drive all the cars we was interested in. More

The entire dealership works as a very close team. The service department is outstanding & treats your vehicle like it was there own. They went beyond the call of duty in the service of our second vehicle we had already owned. The finance department is very family oriented. And the manager you placed at the Hiram, GA location is the bomb. I am 58 and have bought several cars in my life, but this dealership is the most caring and supportive of your likes and needs. My husband and I still visit the Hiram, Ga location, just to visit with the friends we made because that's the reputation they strive for. More
