I am so My car buying experience was like no other! As a server, I know the importance of customer service, and my needs were met with flying colors. I am so appreciative of all the help that Lance offered me, and continued to offer me even after the car was purchased and off the lot. He made a follow up call which was very much appreciated, and even took the time to teach me all the "little things" my car had to offer prior to leaving the dealership. He made sure my trials were all installed and ready to go in my car, and even stayed with me to do the welcome call process. Lance took the time to make sure my car was properly detailed and all minor issues touched up before I left. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! Lance was fantastic and I owe my smooth car buying process to him and the rest of the staff at Paradise!! More

Customer service unlike any dealership I have experienced Just like most people, I have had numerous experiences with car dealerships...but until this week I have never experienced the level of customer servi Just like most people, I have had numerous experiences with car dealerships...but until this week I have never experienced the level of customer service in every area of a dealership like Paradise! What impresses me most is the follow up...they do what they say they are going to do! I even got a follow up text today from Lance with pictures of my trucks hitch right after it was installed...you find me another sales guy who will do that 5 days after the deal is done! Oh...and even though I cannot pick him in relationship to my purchase, I am completely impressed by Diego in service too. Paradise understands customer service!!! More

A big turn-off for my wife and I is a salesman that rushes you, throws out too many of their own recommendations and just too controlling. The car buying experience is a life decision as you have to factor in your family and your needs so you don't want to feel pressured into buying a vehicle you never intended to. Lance let us take control and look at the the vehicles we wanted to look at with patience. He provided knowledge about each vehicle and showed us many of the options for each vehicle. We had casual conversations during our experience so we felt comfortable knowing he was personable and not just all business. Some people change when they have you at their desk ready for negotiations, but not with Lance. He remained the same easy-going guy and that was key. In the end, it was a true buyers experience. We were in control, we tested the vehicles we liked from our own choosing and ultimately...we drove off the lot with the vehicle WE wanted! Can't recommend Lance any more! Put it this way, my wife and I will easily walk away from a bad experience and we planned to check out five other vehicles at other dealerships, but we didn't need to. We found the right vehicle, we had the right salesman...no need to look further. Not taking anything away from other salesman, but Paradise Chevrolet needs to thank Lance for being the employee he is, without him, we would have been searching other dealerships. More

My wife and I experience from the time we arrived on the dealership lot to the time we drove off with our new 2016 Vette was nothing less than above approach. All the staff was excellent but I would personally like to mention Lance Orosco. For being well verse in knowing his product to combining that with excellent customer service made my experience there priceless. I left the dealership confident and satisfied that I had made an excellent chose by coming there. Lance explained the different functions and the technical operation system of the Corvette that I was interested in. He explained everything in layman terms and never made me feel inferior. My wife was purchasing me a special gift for my 50th birthday that was two day prior and with Lance Orosco excellent knowledge and customer service definitely seal and completed a GREAT BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and I will definitely return to purchase another vehicle from there. And I will seek out Lance as my Sales Rep. More
