His attitude is so bad I switched advisors and now work with Sean. One time I brought my truck in for a noise it was making when turning and going over bumps and he had such a condescending attitude. I'd advise anyone to not deal with this guy. More

The main reason I respect Lance so much and continue to use him as my sales person is he is always been upfront. If the numbers that day are just too far apart he lets me know, so we are not wasting each others time. If the numbers are close, we continue to work on the numbers until the deal is good for both parties. Lance is eaay to talk to and has always had a positive attitude towards his customers and his job. More

The best experience buying or leasing a car I've ever had! I visited this dealership and test drove cars 2 different times before I made my decision to lease a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox with the 2.0 liter engine. I visited this dealership and test drove cars 2 different times before I made my decision to lease a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox with the 2.0 liter engine. I also visited at least 3 other car dealerships in Temecula. On my first visit, I told them I was just there to get information and test drive some cars. No one ever pressured me and they were very welcoming and accommodating, which I appreciated immensely. Lou spent a lot of time with me and he listened while I told him my wants and needs in a vehicle and he made a smart recommendation. Lance is super nice, and he's the one who helped me through the leasing process. He helped me to get the best deal possible and he astutely pointed out to me that it was more advantageous for me to sell my leased Honda to Chevy than to return it to Honda, as I had planned. The icing on the cake is that I absolutely love my Chevy. I love the way it handles and it feels solid on the freeway and in the pouring rain. I'm also enjoying a lot of "extras" that would not have been included in the other brands I shopped, for the price. I've only driven Hondas, Toyotas and Fords in the last 30+ years, but I'm a Chevy Girl, now! Without hesitation, I recommend Paradise Chevrolet. They are truly product specialists and they helped me find the right vehicle for me at a fair price. More
