This is the third vehicle that I have bought over the last three years. Two cars were from another dealership and I was pleased about my experience there. I really thought the other dealership could not be out done. Well I was wrong. My experience with Margaret was very smooth. She was knowledgeable, had all the answers to my questions, and kept the tedious process of buying a vehicle moving quickly. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Not one mix up or hurdle. I think I drove off in my new Tahoe in less than 3 hours. The rest of the people Margaret was supported by were excellent. A real team effort. Thad did a great job with getting the numbers were I wanted them to be and was clear with the meanings of the numbers. Christian was fantastic during the signing of documents and presenting me with some additional service programs. Don kept his word and respected my wishes, of not "shopping" the deal around ensuring, that didn't happen. Katelyn provided excellent customer service, and I emphasize "service". She respected my wishes and gave me her honest professional opinion that I appreciate greatly! She offered me options to my initial selection that was within my budget. Lessons learned from my experience at Paradise is to ask for an experienced sales manager like Don to assist me with my next vehicle purchase, and let him point me to someone who listens (like Katelyn), and ensures the guidelines I set for the purchase are adhered to. .
