Thank you. I’m still fighting to get this reimbursed. It has been a long and frustrating process where we are being blamed. I had to go track down my own warranty and provide the information to the technician after being told I was liable if the name not affiliated with us was removed. So far I am out a lot of money in rental car reimbursement (which was also sent by me) to receive a response that you were paid for our rental car. The lack of care and concern has been insane. I asked for the service manager to call me when this was initially happening and nothing. I doubt I’ll get my reimbursement at this point. Every time I’ve asked for clarity on what happened and why we are blamed I get no response. Where did my claim go? Why did you get the reimbursement check? Who is Danielle H and why is her name on our account? At this point now that the warranty is aftermarket I’ll be taking my car ANYWHERE else.
