AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! I went to purchase a vehicle with a trade-in on 9/13/2025. This trade-in was under valued but I attempted to negotiate and they said that the limit they could do on this trade-in is $5k. Jeovanni (New Car Sales Salesperson) and an Assistant Manager both told me "This is the max we will go, because we can not sell this vehicle at this dealership because of the High Mileage and it will have to be sent to wholesale". The trade-in vehicle was later posted on their website and had dealer mark ups for accessories and features that the vehicle never had/has ( I have the original Window Sticker and Screen captures of the Trade-In Vehicle Listing). I called the Dealership on 9/15 to inquire about this vehicle being for sale with a Pre-Owned Car Salesperson that insisted the vehicle was on the lot and was not being sent to wholesale and to schedule to come down right away to see the vehicle and they would be flexible in online price. (I have audio recording of this call). I then call the Jeovanni for clarification as this was supposed to be sent to wholesale but was actually being sold by the dealership. Jeovanni wanted to "make this deal right" and I requested the KBB value of the vehicle as I originally requested during the trade in process. Jeovanni and I established an oral agreement that the dealership will cut a $2k equity check with a stipulation of a 5 star review when I receive the email from Ford. I requested an email that clearly stated the oral agreement we had entered. On 9/16 I went to the dealership to collect the $2K Check and received signed documentation from Jeovanni, and a Manager that the dealership does owe me a $2K check ( I have a Physical Copy of this agree). I was informed, the check was not available to be picked up because they didnt have "the physical checks have to be mailed here" from Jeovanni, and then the assistant manager stated "We can't cut you a check until this deal is funded on Friday September 19th. On 9/17 I received an email from the dealership of our oral agreement BUT included was a Non-Disclosure Agreement/Confidential Settlement Agreement. Upon review of this NDA, It included language which stripped all Consumer Protections, Warranties, and documentation signed. I sent a revised NDA back, to which the New Cars General Manager (Lance Smith) responded that they are not going to entertain any revisions of this NDA. When I mentioned this would strip all consumer protections and void any previous written agreements such as Warranties and Dealership offered 2-year maintenance program. I was met with "The NDA does not say that, this is to only ensure you don't post a bad review on the internet and burn the dealership". I then inquired if Lance had read the agreement and he state "No, I am a car salesperson, I sell cars". Lance then stated that "this is what we give to everyone". More
