Gary & Lance were amazing to work with. Gary called me and worked the numbers up and found the exact car we were looking for. I had a very good experience with everyone beginning with Lance Snodgrass, the sales associate I worked with throughout the process, from test drive to delivery of car. He thoroughly explained my options wi Lance Snodgrass, the sales associate I worked with throughout the process, from test drive to delivery of car. He thoroughly explained my options with the MDX, great test drive, no pressure to buy when I finished the test drive. I made it clear I didn't want all of the add-ons ahead of talking to Randy in Finance, which made the contract signing process much more pleasant and quick. Highly recommend this dealership. More
