I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima from Niello Acura. Before taking delivery of the vehicle, I raised two concerns with the sales team: An unusual noise coming from the engine The air condition Acura. Before taking delivery of the vehicle, I raised two concerns with the sales team: An unusual noise coming from the engine The air conditioning not cooling properly I was assured there were no issues and told I could return the vehicle if any problems persisted. Unfortunately, both issues have continued. I took the car to a certified mechanic, who identified the noise as a faulty engine mount and confirmed the A/C system is not functioning correctly. I returned to Niello Acura hoping they would honor their word and address the problems. Instead, I was told there’s nothing wrong with the car — completely disregarding the mechanic’s findings. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor after-sale service. I bought this car in good faith, reported the issues before finalizing the purchase, and expected better from a reputable dealership. More
