He took the time to explain details clearly, showed me how to navigate the website to find information, and made sure I truly understood everything. He was especially thoughtful during the test drive, knowing it's been nearly 20 years, since I last driven, a new car is warm, jovial personality, really put me at ease. I genuinely appreciated his extended, courtesy, professionalism, and sincere desire to make this a comfortable, positive experience. I couldn't have asked for better service. Car buying to be a long process, and my experience did take several hours, though, was absolutely no fault of the dealership.
