I grew up in sunny San Diego, CA, and have had the unique opportunity to live in both St. Thomas, USVI, and the vibrant city of Las Vegas. These experiences have shaped my friendly, outgoing personality and customer-first approach. I now call Roseville, CA home, where I live with my amazing wife, our two wonderful kids, and our two energetic pug dogs. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at the gym or on the ice playing hockey—two of my biggest hobbies. I’m also a classic car enthusiast, and my all-time favorite is the iconic 1955 Chevy Bel Air. I have purchased a car from a Niello dealership four times because of the positive service experiences I had in the past. Sadly, this most recent experience was extremely disappointing. In all my years of buying cars, I have never encountered the level of unprofessionalism that Yev Kaplinskiy displayed. It is frustrating and disheartening to see this kind of behavior from a company with such a reputable name. A "no questions asked 7 day return policy" should mean: • No pressure • No attitude • No guilt-tripping Getting upset when you actually use it defeats the purpose. More
