Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

We are owners of a 2009 Forester purchased from SOG and we just bought a used 2011 Tribeca. As expected, we were treated with the utmost respect by all employees. Lance was very helpful and friendly. Everyone that I came in contact with made me feel welcome and that they appreciated my business and I felt no pressure through the whole buying experience. Mihaela, who I learned has only been at this location a few days was very nice as well and worked with my salesperson Lance to get me a great rate and through the paperwork for buying my new Crossfire convertible in no time at all. It seemed as though the had been doing together for years based on how smoothly they worked togehter to take care of me during my purchase. The atmosphere was very comfortable in this small dealership, much more laid back and no where near the pressure you feel at some of the larger dealers in the area. None of the back and forth haggling and trips to talk to managers for secret conversation. They were up front about everything and took time to go over maintenance records and a CARFAX report for the car I was considering. I would definitely go back to them when it is time for my next automobile purchase. Overall, it was a great experience and I am enjoying my first few days with the top down thanks to the good people at Subaru of Gwinnett! More

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. In dealing with other dealerships, even ones that give good service, I have always had to have my guard up against being charged too much. H new car. While it was the overall value of the 2012 Subaru Impreza hatchback that eventually won me over, Lance was definitely one of the best car salesmen that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. On my several visits to the Subaru of Gwinnett dealership that spanned over a year, he was always friendly and courteous and never pushy. His enthusiasm for the Subaru brand and some related Internet videos sold me on Subaru’s all wheel drive. So after test-driving the competitor’s models and saving up money for over a year, the timing was right when Lance followed up. Also thanks to Jim Heet for showing me the 2011 Impreza WRX. A great car value when it comes to performance, but not as practical from a fuel economy standpoint. But should Subaru ever marry the fuel economy of their 2012 Subaru Impreza with the performance of their BRZ or WRX, I'll be back. More

Purchased an Outback Limited 3.6R on 6/23/2012. Our purchase replaced a 2006 Outback that was "rear-ended" by a large SUV. While the 2006 Outback was totaled, we were not scratched or hurt in any way. The results of the crash helped us settle on another Outback. Lance and Jennifer made an otherwise unexpected experience pleasant and rewarding for us. I have purchased 15 vehicles over the years from numerous dealers. I can state without reservation that Subaru of Gwinnett has the most customer-oriented sales and service staff of any dealer that I have encountered. My husband and I went to your dealership to purchase a new vehicle. We were met by Lance. Lance listened to our questions showed us the vehicle that we wanted.
