Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

Purchased an Outback Limited 3.6R on 6/23/2012. Our purchase replaced a 2006 Outback that was "rear-ended" by a large SUV. While the 2006 Outback was totaled, we were not scratched or hurt in any way. The results of the crash helped us settle on another Outback. Lance and Jennifer made an otherwise unexpected experience pleasant and rewarding for us. I have purchased 15 vehicles over the years from numerous dealers. I can state without reservation that Subaru of Gwinnett has the most customer-oriented sales and service staff of any dealer that I have encountered. My husband and I went to your dealership to purchase a new vehicle. We were met by Lance. Lance listened to our questions showed us the vehicle that we wanted. We went on a test drive and during that tim new vehicle. We were met by Lance. Lance listened to our questions showed us the vehicle that we wanted. We went on a test drive and during that time I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or even to make a deal. Lance gave us room to talk and even waited for me to go back and look at a different model and different colors on the vehicle. By the time I contacted Subaru of Gwinnett i was tired of dealing with sales people, and tired of looking for a 5-door Impreza with sunroof. When i talked to Lance I was very direct with what i was looking f dealing with sales people, and tired of looking for a 5-door Impreza with sunroof. Though i was very nervous to buy sight unseen he gave me info on the car that helped me feel comfortable with the purchase. My husband and I went to Subaru to see if they had any used Forester's within our price range. Even though they did not have what we were looking for, a salesman, by the name of Lance, took time with us used Forester's within our price range. Even though they did not have what we were looking for, a salesman, by the name of Lance, took time with us to test drive a Forester so we could see how it handled. Well, we fell in love with it and came back the next day to buy a brand new one. I am sure that we were the last two people on earth that Lance thought would buy a new car, but his knowledge of the vehicle blew us away. He literally sold this car to us with no pressure to buy. Fantastic experience. (Be sure to ask for Lance when you visit the dealership to buy your new Subaru.) We were extremely impressed by the way the dealership as a whole treated us as customers. They did not block the door while trying to talk us into buying a car as other dealerships have done. They were all friendly and helpful. We love our new Subaru and if and when we buy another vehicle, this dealership is the first place we will shop. More
