Well, tried to go to New port Richey Jacobs Mitsubishi to buy a particular vehicle had the vin, they said the vehicle is not here it is at Wesley Chapel location, tried to upsell us, we left were jerks rega buy a particular vehicle had the vin, they said the vehicle is not here it is at Wesley Chapel location, tried to upsell us, we left were jerks regarding our trade in. So went to Wesley Chapel location,begrudgingly the next day. They gave us the run around again tried to upsell us. Then they stated vehicle was at 1st location, mgr says I will get it immediately we had a appointment we waited almost 2 hrs still no car we left our dog at that point had not been let out for hrs note 1 hr each way from dealership. Finally a new employee named Landon tried to save the deal said he would bring the car to us next day. We'll next morning didn't share with me they took the car back to new port richey. By the time we received the car there was well over 200 miles on it was 27. We experienced continual lies mi's truths actually trying not to sell a veh. Then 3 wks later find our our trade is not paid off, was told the funding was not done, and the prorated refunds from extra car payment not included in payoff and prior fraud on prior vehicle maintenance agreement not requested. I am hot, these people do not earn the right to do business. I will end them. They lied constantly. Unbelievable, please warning to all public. As a person with now 8 Mitsubishi vehs love the product but the ethicalness is zero. They chose to continue to be condescending again today, putting our credit at risk as they failed to pay off our prior car in 20 days, refunds were not processed either, note extra car payment and about 900 on maintenance refund, plus they screwed us out of another month or rebate on maintenance due to their utter incompetent people. Owner doesn't give a xxxx. You know what to do. Send them xxxxxxxx a serious message. Very disturbed that they want to treat willing and eligible buyers with such disrespect. I worked in the insurance industry for over 41 yrs. There is a dept which would probably state that taking 20 days to do a payoff is illegal. I will bring them to their knees. Do not give them your business. They are nasty, untrustworthy untruthful and unethical. Buying a car in this day is a big thought pattern long term, this can not stand. I have never been treated so badly in all my years, bought many cars. I do not wish them well at all. Beware, do not go thru the agony and traumatizing experience we did. Love to you all. I have never in my entire 66 years had such a bad experience at the Newport Ritchie and Wesley Chapel dealerships. Everybody is a liar. You never can talk to a manager. You just wanna hang up purchase a vehicle a month ago After 30 days. My trade-in still has not been paid off email from finance company that my trade-in car payment will be withdrawn from my checking account on the 21st when you called these people. They’re always very nice at first, but they are very, very rude. You can never talk to the managers because they are always conveniently not there as they all pull in and they’re very expensive vehiclesRange Rover’s Mercedes. Nobody wants to talk to an actual customer. Range Rover‘s Mercedes. Nobody wants to talk to a actual customer.
