The concerns you mentioned—including the cleanliness of the vehicle, fuel level, oil change reminder not being reset, and the open recall—are not the experience we strive to provide and is NOT typical of us (we do not strive for "dirty used car salesman stuff") and it is definitely not how we normally operate.
