The vehicle purchase process is inefficient. It takes too long to close a deal. Process needs major overhaul to improve the customer experience. It should not take 5 hours to buy a car when the customer is in the "ready to buy" mindset and ready to talk numbers. Also, the financing on smaller loans penalizes the consumer. My loan rate was based on the amount I was borrowing ($14,000 @ 6%), rather than my excellent credit. I should have been offered a lower interest rate. I did not enjoy the car buying experience here. I have purchased several vehicles over the last several years, and purchasing with Classic was one of the smoothest and easiest I've experienced. We test drove a Yukon for my wife and without any pressure years, and purchasing with Classic was one of the smoothest and easiest I've experienced. When we were ready to purchase a few weeks later we were able to conduct a majority of the process and paperwork remotely due to my schedule. I would definitely buy from this team again. More
