This has been my 4th vehicle through Williamson. Three of these were through Larry Ellerbeck. My parents have also purchased two of their latest vehicles through Larry. I cannot express how easy and low pressure it is to view vehicles, prices, options on the website, set up an appt, meet with Larry, tell him what I need and drive off the lot with the perfect vehicle with no hassles. I have to laugh when I hear of others dreading the thought of getting a new vehicle based on their past experiences. I never feel that way at Williamson. Buying a new car should be something to look forward to, you shouldn't have to dread the thought of walking into a dealership to start the process. I witnessed first hand of how difficult it can be with other dealerships when my husband purchased his vehicle. I feel very fortunate that I have never had an experience like that. On another note, I do not feel I 'need' my husband present to make sure I don't get a bad deal. I feel very comfortable with the options provided, and when I bring the information home to my husband, let's just say he has never had to intervene for me. Chad in finance was a pleasure working with which made the experience all the more enjoyable. He was very pleasant and patient when going over the paperwork with me. Because of the most recent and past experiences with Williamson and their staff, I will continue to purchase/lease my vehicles through them. Yes, Honda makes great cars, but the staff make the difference of where I choose to go. More

This is the 3rd Honda CRV I have leased from Williamson Honda in Lincoln, NE. There are two reasons I continue to return to this dealership: 1) I love this model of car and 2) Larry Ellerbee is the nicese Honda in Lincoln, NE. There are two reasons I continue to return to this dealership: 1) I love this model of car and 2) Larry Ellerbee is the niceset, most polite and caring sales person with which I have worked. A few years ago I decided it was time to lease a car on my own without my husband's assistance. Larry made the experience so simple and did not make me feel like a "dumb woman". This is the third new vehicle that we've purchased from Williamson's and have always been pleased with sales and service. After test driving several different brands we returned to Honda because our '97 CR-V never failed to start, never had a break-down, still had original fuel pump, & exhaust system. Sure hope our 2011 CR-V treats us as well. More

I have been dealing/working with Williamson Honda for manyyyyyyy years. Their staff could easily TRAIN others at other dealerships on how to treat customers. They are far SUPERIOR to many other car dealerships. Their WHOLE staff go out of their way to assist one from the minute you drive in for service or for any other reason. Their salesman ---mine is Larry Ellerbeck---- and the others that are on the floor are always ready to assist or help in anyway they can. The receptionist on the sales floor and the lady in the service department are always very friendly and helpful. Eric Olsen(sales manager), Jeff Williams(service manager), Scott(accountant) etc. are the best anywhere..... Respect,honesty, friendliness, forthrightness, are just a few adjectives that fit the individuals at Williamson Honda. This might be more than 25 words BUT the best deserve it................. Our search for a Honda Fit started about two years ago with Larry. We know Hondas are of exceptional quality and retain their value, but we just didn't have the $$$ to buy until now.
