There was absolutely no high pressure and he was able to get us everything we wanted on our new 2016 Honda Pilot. We met with Larry several times while we waited for the car that we ordered and he was always very patient. We then met with their Finance Director, Chad Erwin, who expertly discussed briefly each of the pages of the final costs of the sale. As we were paying full up front, our time spent in Chad's office didn't take as long. A total great and wonderful experience... and we very highly recommend this dealership! More

Effortless experience! I just purchased my third Honda in 17 years and Honda of Lincoln makes it so easy for me. I told Larry what I was looking for (he also sold me my second Honda), and he contacted me within one or two days with a car that met my criteria! We checked it out; it was a good fit; we test drove it as well as one other option; we returned three nights later to purchase the original car he had suggested to me. We worked with Chad for the paperwork and financing, and he was prepared, efficient, helpful, upbeat, and informative. He made the paperwork end of things go quickly and smoothly and helped us complete the process as effortlessly as possible. I keep coming back to Honda because I know what I'm getting in a Honda and because I know I can rely on the car. We probably spent an hour and 45 minutes between the two visits and I can't imagine a smoother process than that! More

He was helpful and willing to work on our timeline rather than push us for a deci We worked with Larry over a couple of weeks to buy a new Honda CR-V. He was helpful and willing to work on our timeline rather than push us for a decision, which we appreciated. Larry was fair during price negotiations and helped us get a little more for our trade-in. When it came time to take possession of the vehicle, he took the time to give us a hands-on tutorial and make sure we understood how to use the features of the CR-V. We had a pre-approved arrangement with our lender and worked with Chad during the financing process. Chad was very knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on options and working with us to come up with a final package we felt good about. We came to finalize our deal on a very busy Saturday and, though Larry checked back with us several times, it took 4 hours to finish the deal and take possession of the car which we felt was too long and is why I rated customer service good not excellent. Overall we had a positive experience (4 1/2 stars) with Honda of Lincoln. More
