Andy, Adam and Larry we extraordinary to work with. Andy (sales), was amazing. He answered all of my questions and put me to ease. He was instrumental in educating me on my car when I picked it up. He spent hours making sure he covered everything I needed or wanted without making me feeling rushed, which I appreciated his time and candidness. After the purchase I texted him some random dumb question and he got back to me. :) Adam (sales mgr) was fabulous. He assisted me because I explained to him that I saw a Jeep JL Pump'in at another dealership (Tyson didn't know this but that competitor had terrible yelp reviews and I wasn't going to patronize that dealership or pay them a dime of my money. Tyson had the best reviews!!) that had exactly what I wanted. He immediately without hesitation requested that car to be dispatched to Tyson. I was able to see it and drive it within a day. Adam answered all of my questions regarding costs payment options and worked with me to make sure I could afford my vehicle. Larry (finance), had everything well organized and explained what each document meant. When I questioned anything or I didn't want to add that option he didn't try to convince me or push me into a warranty plan. If I didn't understand the document he explained it without any displeasure body language. I feel the Tyson Motors team went above and beyond my expectations and gave me a vehicle that I was proud to drive off the lot. See these 3 gents you won't be disappointed. Great service So I went there a little hesitant at first because I loved my challenger. But I wanted more power.
