We have had a bitter winter and to be honest I did not drive everyday, my husband drove his car most of the time. But every day I did make it a point to start the car. I called Larry Hughes and asked him if I could have the car towed to the dealership, he said yes. The problem was resolved. I have always had Larry Hughes as my service consultant, and every time we need service, or if a problem should come up I know it will be resolved. Larry will take care of it. I want you to know that he and your staff at Kelly Nissan are very special people. They take the time to make sure the problem is resolved. You need to know that Larry is the best service consultant I have ever had. It is a pleasure to know a man who is dedicated to his job. Always effecient and friendly I have all my service done at Kelly Nissan, and although you definitely pay dealer prices for the work, I have the peace of mind that it's done by peo I have all my service done at Kelly Nissan, and although you definitely pay dealer prices for the work, I have the peace of mind that it's done by people trained to service my specific vehicle. Their online reservation system makes it incredibly easy to schedule my appointments, and this is also a huge factor in my continuing to choose Kelly Nissan. The guys at the counter are always so friendly. They know me by name now and always take great care for me. They make their suggestions for service and don't pressure if I"m not ready to do it. All if this is why I drive 35 minutes one-way to have my vehicle serviced there. More

Great Service Department I have been buying and taking my vehicles for service to this location for over 5 years now. I put about 35,000 miles on my vehicles a year as I am in sales. Larry and Rich are always super freindly and helpful in any problems you may have when you bring your vehicle in for maintainance.
