I have 2 cars from them, and we will be looking at #3 in the fall. One of the main reasons is Larry Hughes in service. He makes me feel like I am the most important person in the shop! He always finds a way to satisfy whatever I need. Example? I bought new tires a Sams Club, but soon after they were installed I developed a front end wobble. He had a mechanic balance all four wheels and lo and behold, one could not be balanced due to a factory defect. He suggested I return it and make them pay for a whole new tire, providing me the technical sheets to make my case. They did! Believe me, I will buy the tire from Kelly Nissan next time!! Larry is the kind of Service Writer the job should be modeled after, teaching new guys to do it like Larry does it! Thanks, Randy More

Great service team I know this is a Nissan dealer, but I no longer own a Nissan. I was so impressed with this service team I now bring my Ford to them for my service nee I know this is a Nissan dealer, but I no longer own a Nissan. They have been my service dealer for over five years and I think that they are exceptional because of their knowledge, professionalism, customer interaction to the point of educating me on the technical end of things when necessary. As a lay person about car mechanics, it is extremely helpful to trust the vendor. Larry & Todd have been exceptional in doing just that on all of my service calls as well as Natalie who I happen to cross paths with recently on one of my visits. Brought in my 2008 350Z with 20,000 miles for oil change and inspection. Larry callled to inform me that (1) Tire wear was off and would need alignment. (2) Wiper blades were torn. (3) Fuel injection wo and inspection. Larry callled to inform me that (1) Tire wear was off and would need alignment. (2) Wiper blades were torn. (3) Fuel injection would need to be flushed due to low usage (4) The high mount stop light is not working with a cost of $347.oo + tax and labor. Told him not to complete any thing other than oil change, wipers, and inspection. Got home to check on the brake light issue and found it to be unplugged. Checked all the tires and they are wearing perfectly. Not sure about the wipers because the car never goes out in the rain and I never use them. I will never return here and will never recommend there establishment! More
