We have had a bitter winter and to be honest I did not drive everyday, my husband drove his car most of the time. But every day I did make it a point to start the car. I called Larry Hughes and asked him if I could have the car towed to the dealership, he said yes. The problem was resolved. I have always had Larry Hughes as my service consultant, and every time we need service, or if a problem should come up I know it will be resolved. Larry will take care of it. I want you to know that he and your staff at Kelly Nissan are very special people. They take the time to make sure the problem is resolved. Their online reservation system makes it incredibly easy to schedule my appointments, and this is also a huge factor in my continuing to choose Kelly Nissan. The guys at the counter are always so friendly. They know me by name now and always take great care for me. They make their suggestions for service and don't pressure if I"m not ready to do it. All if this is why I drive 35 minutes one-way to have my vehicle serviced there. More
