I was contacted by Rich D. by letter advising that my first least was coming due later in the year, that my included miles had been used up and that I should consider leasing a new BMW. I emailed Rich D. and he responded within minutes setting up a time for me to come to the dealership the next day. He met me at the arranged time, told me my former salesman was no longer at Rallye and introduced me to Larry K. who then proceeded to spend three hours with me trying to locate a new X3 that had the options that I was looking for and then completing the paperwork. He was focused on finding the car and was not distracted by the telephone (rang several times) or texts that he was receiving. He ultimately with Rich's help was able to locate a vehicle in Rallye's stock that fit the bill. I picked up the vehicle the next day! Larry spent time reviewing the pricing and paperwork with me to make sure I understood everything. Larry followed up with me two days later to make sure everything was good with the new car. All in all, a great experience. Plain and simple, Larry is nice guy and a solid salesman. And, Rallye makes the car buying experience as good as it can be. I believe the price I paid was fair especially given that Rallye let me out of my existing lease early and put me in a new car. I also want to give a shout out to Wallace L. He is a business manager and handles financing and paperwork. He is another really good guy willing to sit with you and answer your questions. More

He was very knowledgeable with my custom order and told me I would have the car in 6-8 weeks. We arrived at a very fair price and he worked hard to get me any rebates available to keep the price down. It arrived in 7 weeks and I set up the appointment for the pick up. The pick up went smoothly and I absolutely love the car. Larry Kim is a kind person who places the customer first. It is a pleasure dealing with an honest professional who makes the buying experience so great. I will be recommending him to others looking to purchase a BMW. You can be sure that this is one of many BMW's I plan on buying in the future from Rallye BMW. I will have no hesitation to ask for Larry to be my salesman for those purchases. I just leased my fifth BMW from Rallye - I have visited a number of other BMW dealers in the tri-state but not found another that can match or exceed Rallye's professionalism, expertise or approach.
