Larry spent a great amount of time with me, he was very patient, knowledgeable trustworthy and knows his stuff! I received my production number within 4 days. Thanks Larry for helping me build the vehicle of my dreams! Richard DeAngelo, Sales Manager and Matthew Carlson, Service Manager went over all my concerns I had including the 19" All Season Goodyear tires which I thought would have a harsher ride and not handle snow then the All Season 18" tires I was surprised, the 19" tires have a better ride I think then the 18" tires which I did a test drive with. I was also told these 19" tires will be fine in the snow, since it's an All Season tire which is good. Thank you Rich and Matt for spending a good amount of time explaining everything in detail and addressing all my concerns. Wallace Leung in Finance was great too! I am glad I took his advice and took the tire warranty and maintenance upgrade, it makes of a lot of sense since I not only own the vehicle but the tires and rims are very expensive to replace and it's a piece of mind. Thanks Wally for also spending a good amount of time with me addressing all my concerns. Terence Palmer (Genius) was great too, so patient. He explained every detail in my vehicle day of delivery. Terence advised me I can come back anytime to go over anything, since it's a lot to absorb in an hour or so. What I loved most was Terence asked me; "Do you think you can drive her (female voice Nav.) home today"? I said yes! The Best! My experience at Rallye BMW was outstanding. I just completed my second lease of an X3. I was contacted by Rich D. by letter advising that my first l My experience at Rallye BMW was outstanding. I just completed my second lease of an X3. I was contacted by Rich D. by letter advising that my first least was coming due later in the year, that my included miles had been used up and that I should consider leasing a new BMW. I emailed Rich D. and he responded within minutes setting up a time for me to come to the dealership the next day. He met me at the arranged time, told me my former salesman was no longer at Rallye and introduced me to Larry K. who then proceeded to spend three hours with me trying to locate a new X3 that had the options that I was looking for and then completing the paperwork. He was focused on finding the car and was not distracted by the telephone (rang several times) or texts that he was receiving. He ultimately with Rich's help was able to locate a vehicle in Rallye's stock that fit the bill. I picked up the vehicle the next day! Larry spent time reviewing the pricing and paperwork with me to make sure I understood everything. Larry followed up with me two days later to make sure everything was good with the new car. All in all, a great experience. Plain and simple, Larry is nice guy and a solid salesman. And, Rallye makes the car buying experience as good as it can be. I believe the price I paid was fair especially given that Rallye let me out of my existing lease early and put me in a new car. I also want to give a shout out to Wallace L. He is a business manager and handles financing and paperwork. He is another really good guy willing to sit with you and answer your questions. More

He was very knowledgeable with my custom order and told me I would have the car in 6-8 weeks. We arrived at a very fair price and he worked hard to get me any rebates available to keep the price down. It arrived in 7 weeks and I set up the appointment for the pick up. The pick up went smoothly and I absolutely love the car. Larry Kim is a kind person who places the customer first. It is a pleasure dealing with an honest professional who makes the buying experience so great. I will be recommending him to others looking to purchase a BMW.
