Fitzmall is among the top dealers in the region, especially for ser Hyundai is a superior brand, all of its vehicles are great values for the price.. Fitzmall is among the top dealers in the region, especially for service after the sale. The buying experience, know what your in for. The Fitzmall price, incorporates all Hyundai incentives, which all go to the dealer, the price you are quoted is on a take or leave it basis, no wiggle room to negotiate, unless you are pumping more money (down payment) or trade equity into your deal. It's a little frustrating. The finance floor guys give you the "take it or leave it" approach....along with down selling to meet a payment point. So it's a twist on the sell game, but it's always hard to sign over incentives to the dealer, what if I as a customer wanted to repurpose those funds, I don't get that choice. Still. The value, quality, built, performance, and security of Hyundai more than makes up for the fickle nature of the dealership, yes the house always carries the edge, but a buyer should also feel the win. Hopefully things will improve in the future. More

Larry Payne, my salesperson, was top-notch before, during and after the purchase. I felt no pressure to go one way or another in terms of purchase. I'm somewhat familiar with sales psychology and I feel that he did not try to play mind games or talk me in circles to get me to make a decision at any point. I'd highly recommend him and the rest of the crew at Fitzgerald to others looking for a vehicle. They wanted to ensure that the driver's side door handle was not affected by the recall, so they kept the car overnight, loaned me another '17 Elantra, and promptly delivered my car the next day at the time I specified. It feel like I was provided with luxury service at economy price. As far as the car, I have zero complaints. It's comfortable to drive, great on gas mileage and looks very slick. I'm looking forward to owning this car for years to come. Lastly, it feels rewarding to support the US assembly workers and automotive/control systems engineers that make this possible. More

When the wife and i finally decided to go with the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited it then came down to the dealership that represented the actual purchase price on-line. While some dealers had some great offers none could match the actual on-line price that Fitzgerald did, not even dealers associated with True Car. More

buying new car made easy Fitzgerald is the most reliable and fair dealership I know. I can trust these folks and have for many years. Larry Payne and Steve Hayman worked with Fitzgerald is the most reliable and fair dealership I know. I can trust these folks and have for many years. Larry Payne and Steve Hayman worked with me and my crazy schedule to get me a new car! I was hesitant at first, but Larry did not pressure me in the least, so I felt at ease coming back to complete my purchase, The original car I looked at was there for me almost a week after my test drive, so I guess it was meant to be! Because I have a history with this dealership and have referred folks before, I felt comfortable. My new Santa Fe is AWESOME! My kids are happy to have a bigger space and I am thrilled with the new safety features. I know that if I have any problems, Fitz is just a phone call away. My only suggestion is to go during off hours because I waited a little longer than I wanted to, but it was worth it. They also worked with me to get the paperwork in at my convenience. Thank you tons for helping me. More
