Highly recommended ~ When we arrived, Mr Tim Germain came and greeted us, after we told him what we were looking for, we went for a test drive in next minute. He explained and described all functions of the new Rav4 for us, EVERY one of them! which we didn't get from another Toyota dealer. Also very pleasure on the test drive. Because we were still looking that day, he didn't force us to stay, but gave us the information we need as reference. At last, because of horrible experience from another Toyota dealer, we decided to get from Mr Germain. Because it was weekday, we arrived about 6:30pm and left at around 9:30pm. Mr Larry Pickett gave us long but comfortable and very informative but clear and not annoying on extra information about the car and financial information, also they waited for us to move stuffs from old car.
