Very polite, helpful, and overall good experience! I enjoyed working with Matt Lowery and Larry Pickett, especially Larry! Lots of negotiating involved that required Steve Martinez's (car sales manager I enjoyed working with Matt Lowery and Larry Pickett, especially Larry! About 3-4 hours to buy a Corolla LE CVT with premium package, but I felt good about the deal, the warranties, and the level of attention I received. More

Car Sales Experience Good - Warranty Sales Not So Much Justin Clyburn was very helpful and found the car I wanted without a lot of pressure to buy from the lot. The Finance guy spent a lot of time trying Justin Clyburn was very helpful and found the car I wanted without a lot of pressure to buy from the lot. The Finance guy spent a lot of time trying to scare me into buying $3500 worth of extended warranties using highly questionable math and some outright misrepresentations. This is not unusual as finance and extended warranty is where a lot of dealerships make most of their profit. Nevertheless, I came away irritated instead of feeling good about what otherwise would have been a delightful experience. More
