They have a take it or leave it approach to new cars. Won’t work with you to at least help with the taxes. Also they put a scratch on it after washing it. After having two of the most miserable experiences at Jeff Wyler dealerships, I was hoping for a third times a charm situation at Joseph Toyota of Colerain. As soon as I walked in the door, it was a comp Jeff Wyler dealerships, I was hoping for a third times a charm situation at Joseph Toyota of Colerain. As soon as I walked in the door, it was a completely different experience. I was immediately greeted by Larry Reed. He took his time explaining everything to me, answered all of my questions with honesty and respect and would check in occasionally to make sure I was doing ok. After the previous two experiences, I felt pretty traumatized and was reluctant to even try again, but Larry put me at ease. I’m so thankful for him and beyond happy with my new car. I cannot recommend Joseph Toyota of Colerain or Larry Reed enough. More
