I arrived at the dealership frazzled and unprepared for looking into a new car. Everyone that I encountered was very understanding and caring. Jonathan was understanding and honest about what repairing my car would entail. Hakim (sp?) was very personable and gracious in taking me back and forth to attempt a rental car. Jeff was easy to work with and helped make my buying experience an easy one. Larry was helpful with the paperwork both during the sale and when I called back in to finish up a few things afterward. Jared made sure that I was well taken care of as well. I have used Lakeland Volkswagen for years as my new (to me) Tiguan is my 4th VW and I look forward to continuing my relationship with the service department there. More
