We talked about we could use a little more room, My wife saw David Shepherd, who we bought the Jetta through, out on the lot. So I went to ask him about the Tigaun. David was very helpful in answering all questions and in getting us a great deal. Larry Riddlel, who helped us a year ago, made the financing go smoothly, as before. Long story short, around two hours later, we drove home in our new Tiguan. Lakeland VW has a great team. Their service department is great to deal with also. I won't go any were else the purchase a car. More

Easy hassle free car buying I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted and with preapproval for financing. I have a small child so spending hours at a dealershi I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted and with preapproval for financing. I have a small child so spending hours at a dealership simply isn’t an option. Larry and Jared did most of the leg work before I even came in. When I got there I met Corey I told him I didn’t want to look at any cars before looking at the numbers. This was the first dealership where this actually happened. We went over numbers first and I even found outside financing that worked better with my budget. I left the dealership giving Jared some homework to make the outside financing work and to have everything ready for the next day so my husband and I could test drive them sign if we liked. The next day Corey came in on his day off to finish the sale. We left with a brand new car and only spent an hour and half at the dealership. I’ve never had such an easy hassle free experience at a dealership before. I’ve also never dealt with such honest polite and respectful staff before at a dealership. I was really impressed and I’m glad we bought from them. Oh I also got my car for 4K under MSRP they are there to help you not rob you. More
