Bozard exceeded my expectations as Travis was extremely transparent, hospitable, and understanding. Upon arrival I was told there were a couple very minor issues that needed to be fixed and that they would take care of it. After purchasing my car Bailey called the very next day to schedule an appointment for repairs. She was very pleasant to speak to. Not only do they pride themselves on customer service but quality as well! The transaction was incredibly smooth thanks to Ricky as he did everything with a smile. They worked quickly before I arrived to make sure the vehicle and paper work were ready to go. I’ve never only been at a dealership for just an hour. I am so in love with my 2018 Passat that had everything I was looking for and the wonderful experience. I will be coming back! More

DJ and Larry worked really hard to crunch numbers with my trade and purchase and got me a great rate. I was able to complete almost all my documents via Docusign and the next day they brought my new car to me and picked up my trade. Their service is second to none and when I thought I had a technical issue (I did not after all), they sent a mobile tech to me to analyze and trouble shoot. Turns out nothing was wrong, but they still made it so easy. Time is money, so this means a lot. I highly recommend working with them. Not only are they great but they had nice inventory. More

I called Larry up at Bozard Ford told him exactly what I wanted, down to the payments and everything. He immediately got to work. He told me he would get with Tom R, the best used car manger you will ever m wanted, down to the payments and everything. He immediately got to work. He told me he would get with Tom R, the best used car manger you will ever meet! Him and Larry both worked their magic together and made buying a brand new F-150 possible! Tom truly gave me the best deal that I could not turn down. Tom and Larry both went above and beyond, and I can’t thank them both enough! I also can’t leave out my finance guy Nick Ray! He sat down with me, we went through the numbers, not only treating me like a customer but also treating me like a friend. He made sure I got the warranty I needed. Because believe me I drive a lot, he took amazing care of me, wasn’t pushy, he only wanted what was best for me. He also didn’t try to sell me anything extra that I didn’t need.
